This 100-year old Italian luxury maison is headquartered in Rome, and is renowned worldwide for its excellence in leather goods, fashion and craftsmanship. CLX supports the brand with a wide range of content production services, including campaign adaptations for POS and magazines, leveraging advanced technology and operational expertise to manage complex production workflows at scale.
The problem we addressed.
The client manages a high volume of campaign adaptations with strict deadlines. Over time, manual workflows were inefficient because country-specific metadata rules were increasing the risk of errors and delays. In addition, magazine approval processes were slow, requiring traceability, governance, and alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
How we solved it.
CLX implemented a harmonized workflow built around FLUiiD4, adding a feature that allowed pausing and resuming campaigns, depending on editorial calendars and delivery priorities. It centralized all campaign information through custom templates, structured metadata, and integrated approval phases, enabling full visibility across the workflow.
With dedicated permissions, external stakeholders could securely track and validate magazine approvals directly within the platform, ensuring efficiency and control.
